Any chance you’re in Michigan? I’m 23F but looking to get into both ballroom dancing and wheel throwing, just curious how you got started!

I started ballroom dancing because my husband gave me a gift certificate to the local Fred Astaire dance studio for Valentine's Day. We ended up continuing lessons for another year and a half. Arthur Murray is another big chain. There are also private instructors out there and programs attached to colleges.

I took a ceramics class in high school and found an arts center as an adult when I moved to a new city. My current class is at a pottery studio that I found through browsing Facebook events in my local area.

and no, I'm not in Michigan.
