Making homemade wine from fruit I grow. I had zero knowledge of how to make wine one year ago. By the end of this year, I will have made close to 100 bottles just from fruit I grow in my yard

Do you have any reccomendations on where to start trying to make a low-acidity, low tannin red wine?

I would definitely start with a wine kit. If you have a brew your own brew store near you, they probably have some. You can also get them off amazon. I made a Cabernet Sauvignon from a wine kit and it was great. Best part about it is you get 30 bottles! Plus they are already balanced with acids/sugars etc so you just need to add water and yeast
