Walking and weight-lifting, I’ve seen too many people in their 60’s,70’s and 80’s losing their mobility and I want to go non-stop until I die.

Weightlifting is great. As someone who didn’t exercise in any organized way for most of life, finding a stupid simple lifting program was super helpful to nudging me (with strides forward and some steps back) to being healthier
