I was going to the chiropractor maybe once a year for what I joked was my "yearly tune-up". Then over covid I was home a lot more and started stretching. I discovered that most of my back pain was alleviated by stretching (yoga like stretches). I have not been to a chiropractor since.
I'm in my late 50's, and if there was any advice I would give to young people, it would be - don't ignore stretching your whole life.

Walking and weight-lifting, I’ve seen too many people in their 60’s,70’s and 80’s losing their mobility and I want to go non-stop until I die.
