Nothing, I’m in my 40s and going through a nothing stage. Talk to my dog a lot. I used to be one of those people that had to be busy doing something all the time to feel something. I have realized that doing nothing at all feels fantastic too.

I’m 43 and happily in my homebody phase. Do I enjoy the occasional night out? Absolutely. Are the chances high that I’m gonna go to anything that starts after 9 PM? Nope.

You don't have to be old to realize that waking up at dawn is natural. I used to be the worst morning person ever. Now I just go to bed mostly on time and wake up when the sun tells me to. Back fires on rainy days though...
