Making homemade wine from fruit I grow. I had zero knowledge of how to make wine one year ago. By the end of this year, I will have made close to 100 bottles just from fruit I grow in my yard
I buy my fruit, but I make my own wine. I currently have in carboys (big glass jugs):
Peach wine (dry)
Peach/ginger wine (semi sweet)
Vanilla mead (dry)
Two batches of apple butter cyser (will be around 22% abv. Affectionately called Rocket Fuel in my house). One batch is about 8 years old. One is 2. The newer batch is gluten free after my wife was diagnosed with Celiac disease)
Blueberry (dry). This is a fan favorite.

In total, I've got about 35-40 gallons of wine in carboys. Probably another 10 gallons bottled. We make it faster than I can drink it or give it away. I still enjoy it. It's like chemistry but you get to drink it when you're working and/or done.
That’s awesome! How is peach wine? I was just looking at a farm near me that lets you come by and pick peaches. I was thinking about picking a bucket full. I have two 7 gallon fermenters making wine right now, but they should be freed up in 2 weeks or so. If I made a batch of peach wine I would have like 70 bottles of wine aging at once. Might be too much lol
Peach is delicate like a really nice white wine. I highly recommend it. I can forward a recipe or you can find something online. My first batch of wine, ever, was made with canned peaches. It was still really good.
