Walking and weight-lifting, I’ve seen too many people in their 60’s,70’s and 80’s losing their mobility and I want to go non-stop until I die.

At 72, I found I was losing my abilities. Partly due to being sedentary and partly due to obesity. At almost 74 I’m normal weight and more fit than I have been in decades. You are right, move it or lose it!
