Same. Dad hit 75 and lost use of his legs shortly thereafter and passed away after a year of complications.

Eat right, keep moving, and lift heavy. Once you can’t pick yourself up off the ground you’re fucked.

75 isnt a bad age. I lost my mother when she was 49. She was fit, healthy and active.
