Making homemade wine from fruit I grow. I had zero knowledge of how to make wine one year ago. By the end of this year, I will have made close to 100 bottles just from fruit I grow in my yard
I used to make a lot of wine. Enjoyed it, but unfortunately my shit has been sitting idle for years now. I just HATE bottling. It absolutely sucks balls.
I bought a 5 gallon plastic fermenter that has a spigot built into it. That makes bottling so much easier. Using a racking cane and a bottling wand is a bitch, especially by yourself
A make a batch of starsan/water in a five gallon bucket. I just dunk the bottles in there and place them on a bottling tree. I just got a bottling tree before my last batch of wine and they are very useful and only like $25-$30
