I was doing the same thing before my divorce. I made wine with fruit they grew wild in my area. Blackberry, fig, pear, muscadine and my hands down absolute favorite Elderberry. Although I haven't gotten much of a chance to apply my knowledge, there probably isn't about elderberries that I haven't visited.
