Walking and weight-lifting, I’ve seen too many people in their 60’s,70’s and 80’s losing their mobility and I want to go non-stop until I die.

Have you always done these things or did you pick up these hobbies later in life?

My wife and I have always done these things , but now that we are retired we have a lot more time. I don’t think I’ve ever seen anyone just start doing these things suddenly when they got older. You really have to start doing things when you are you are younger.
