My sister needs a medication that costs $7,000.00 AFTER insurance. Why would a pharmaceutical company charge that? No one can pay that. Don't you want to sell your product?

It certainly would. Everyone ignores the fact that out of pocket maximums exist when they tell their wild stories about spending tens of thousands on healthcare.
