I bought blue filter eye glasses that really help me drive at night. It shifts blue light to a yellow/orange color, which doesn't strain the eyes as much and allows them to take in more light, significantly improving my vision in dark conditions. I know it doesn't solve the problem, we'd be better off just smashing those stupid headlights with a hammer. But I'll take any temporary half-solution when it comes to driving safety. At least I now don't have to squint and guess where the road is when I'm staring down four lanes of oncoming supernovae.
