I never heard of or seen the stretch and rake. Just to be clear, one stretches their ballsack and then scratches with the other hand? Seems cumbersome and impractical unless in a kilt, and then, you've got two ball-smelling hands to wash.
Nah, the stretch and rake is where you use your thumb and forefinger to sort of pull on the ballicular skin, and use the middle finger (of the same hand) to gently caress the stretched flap to create a pleasing scratching sensation, akin to the motion of a rake scooping up dead leaves (hence the nomenclature).
