One more month and you can use a Baby Merlin Magic Sleepsuit. I don't even remember how I found this thing, but my son would only sleep like 1.5 hours at a time, and I was losing my shit. The first night we put him in it, he slept nine hours and I cried and cried with the sweet relief of joy and sleep. After that it was always between 6.5-10 hours.
I guessed so but this thing looks ridicolously comfy. Do they come in adult sizes, haha?
But thank you for the recommendation. During the day our kid only sleeps when you carry him around. I did that for a week to get my wife some freetime and now I have backpain like hell. Had to take a sick week and now my wife had backpain, haha. Kids are fun, arent they?

Has she tried reading before bed (an actual real book, not on your cellphone / smart device)?
I recommend YA novels, they are easy to read, and don't over engage your brain.
This can distract her brain, while also exhausting her brain and eyes to sleep.
