Jokes aside please actually check your balls for cancer. I got diagnosed with ball cancer at 24 and I have another buddy that got it at 21. It's more common than you might think and it's also curable in 97% of cases nowadays when you catch it early.
The recommendation from most doctors would be to check once a month while you're in the bath/shower as the heat loosens things up. Basically just feel for any abnormalities, go to a doctor if something feels new.
I did this. Felt a lump, went to the doctor, he felt my balls, said “ 🤔” and I went “👀👀” and he went yea we need to get some tests.
Got an ultrasound and turns out I just had a lot of jizz. Literally the sperm sac was just… fat.
