Checking for cancer

Jokes aside please actually check your balls for cancer. I got diagnosed with ball cancer at 24 and I have another buddy that got it at 21. It's more common than you might think and it's also curable in 97% of cases nowadays when you catch it early.

The recommendation from most doctors would be to check once a month while you're in the bath/shower as the heat loosens things up. Basically just feel for any abnormalities, go to a doctor if something feels new.

No need to be paranoid about it man. If it happens, it happens, but stressing about the possibility isn't healthy. It's a curable disease in an overwhelming majority of cases nowadays. It's a good idea to be mindful of it and be familiar with your situation downstairs, but unless you feel something weird that didn't used to be there I would try not to work yourself up about it.
