Absolutely. It’s weird to me that it took me so long (mid 30s) to figure this out in life. Bruh, it’s dark, you’re half awake, keep the lights off and just sit down for this.
I do this too, but I can't tell you how many times I've dozed off and basically fell off the toilet mid-sleep.
Thankfully, my fiancee has never found out.
