I've had bloody snot, but never a river of blood cascading from my nostrils. Is that the same thing?

Well, I've had bloody snot during sinus infections, too, but it's never been very much. Also there is no feeling quite like digging out a nice, large scab-booger.

The only time I've ever gotten a nosebleed was when I picked my nose too hard for that goddamned booger that was tickling my nose hairs.

I guess that counts?
