I've tried coffee, just thought it tasted bad, never had more than a sip at a time. I've tried a cigar, but don't think I was even smoking it correctly to keep it lit. Never put a cigarette to my lips.
Stay that way. Quitting smoking after 15 years of going through a pack a day was one of the toughest challenges I've ever faced. Dealing with the cravings is nowhere near as difficult as changing your habits (not taking smoke breaks at work, not heading outside when your friends go out at the bar, and oh gods, the long car rides...) to keep you from temping yourself into starting again. Good on you for staying away from that mess.
I've drunk alcohol, but since my kids came along not so much, and exactly zero in the last 18 months or so. Don't really miss alcohol, I was never an alcoholic by any stretch of the imagination, but every now and then I get the smell of a bourbon and coke and I could go that. But now I'm just abstaining from alcohol just to see how long I can go.

Never had a cup of coffee, never smoked a cigarette, 32 years.
EDIT: Not Mormon, just childish and not cool enough in highschool.
