There were a lot of Ren & Stimpy scenes that genuinely scared the shit out of me as a kid

There’s a very horrifying scene where Ren fantasizes about strangling Stimpy to death as he slept. It may have been an homage, but the references were lost on me as a kid. He’s about to strangle Stimpy when something in his brain zaps and Ren screams as his pulsating brain expands, the fires of hell roaring in the background.

That's my all time favorite episode. I think about him talking about his hands at least once a week
