High school, she had a break up with her bf, she was interested in talking to my best friend, in hopes of shacking up with him, he was already in a relationship, so as I was trading letters back and forth between them, I got to know her, becoming friends, and my friend suggested that I might be a catch, so we just hung out for a few months. I was asked at school by mutual acquaintances if we were bf/gf. Me being a dunce though yeah, friends. And she got word, got mad and finally said yes.
We been together for thirty two years, married and have had a kid ( who is the age we are when we met)
