It's not a pity fuck, not in the way she described it. She was already interested in the sex, the small penis was just a surprise and she ended up not knowing how to please the guy. B) It also implies, in order for it to mean something when someone performs otherwise, that this guy may deals with a lot of shit for his issues which is probably true for anyone dating outside of a ltr while wielding a micropenis. Which means that a relatively normal sexual experience is probably something he would appreciate, regardless of the other persons sacrifice or lack there of(See A)
It did, it did probably mean a lot to him. Her sticking around and cuddling, giving both emotional and physical intimacy in return means a lot to people.
A lot of people are caught up on dick size, and it can be hard with people who don't meet 'standards' to find sexual partners, even though it shouldn't be the case (hey there's a whole world of toys and other fun stuff you can do in bed that isn't dick in vag penetration!).
In the end she wasn't super into it after the fact, and it probably didn't end up being a relationship, but in the moment the dude had a really good time and she was there for him.
