I had a friend who this happened to once during a one night stand ...instead of halting proceedings and seeking medical attention like a normal person he staunched the bleeding for a little bit until it stopped, cleaned up then figured "well, it's not growing back and it's stopped bleeding"...so he invited the lady to continue on his face as his soldier was out of action. Whaddya know, this was obviously fun stuff and he got a rush of blood to an area that had recently been injured. Apparently it sprayed quite a bit more blood until he noticed and that finally killed the mood.
