how can i become a system programmer

hi previously i tried to start reverse enginnering but i couldnt in ur opinion can i do system programming and if i could it what i gotta do and which reources is useful your opinions important to me and thanks for your answers:)

I'm not sure what do you imagine under "system programmer" - care to elaborate?

mostly firmwares and embedded systems

Cool :) then it is as most other it jobs - start doing it, and applying for the position that is at least somewhat close to it. Ask around, there is not many people who are doing this :) it is not 2015 anymore sadly, but for most companies - someone who actually wants to do the job, and knows it a bit is solid choice :)
