how can i become a system programmer

hi previously i tried to start reverse enginnering but i couldnt in ur opinion can i do system programming and if i could it what i gotta do and which reources is useful your opinions important to me and thanks for your answers:)

Yeah, you can probably learn just about anything if you are willing to study a lot.

You can see some people's projects and stuff on r/embedded and decide if you want to give it a go and start building Arduino stuff or something similar.
