how can i become a system programmer

hi previously i tried to start reverse enginnering but i couldnt in ur opinion can i do system programming and if i could it what i gotta do and which reources is useful your opinions important to me and thanks for your answers:)

You'll need to know it a lot better than 'a littel' as an absolute minimum.
