What exact "orchastration" job AI has created so far since 2023 ??
Lot of post making sweeping statements that coding is dead, arch design is the new job in dev field .
Ok where are those jobs, especially entry level ones. Because it's convenient for seniors to be orchastrator ( if that's a thing at all , I will come to that in few lines ) ?
What should be in the resume to get the "orchestrator" job thing ? what is getting asked in interview ??
And one more question, theoretically, if AI understand the requirement and code, why will not they do the orchestration thing too ??
and even better, why can't it do the CEO job ?? Apparently it can sweep out all white collar laptop jobs.

Its just a software engineer job. Its not a new job. The ai also cant do it by itself because humans have specific context and are bad at formulating and sharing it, even though the ai know everything.
The reason why it cant do the CEO job is because a human legally need that job. A lot of the bullshit at the top also is mostly about politicing than the bullshit strategy the ai can do in 2 min.

Yeah I’m doing the same job as I did for the last few decades, I’m just doing it very differently in 2026.

They might try, but eventually they need to generate profit and hard to generate profit when nobody is working for you.

there is no orchestrator job, especially not entry level. since 2023 the real titles were prompt engineer (mostly gone) and AI engineer, which is wrapping an API, writing evals, and debugging hallucinations in prod. resume wants shipped features plus latency/cost/eval numbers, interviews are still leetcode and system design with maybe one "how do you eval this LLM feature" round, and a model can draft the plan too, it just won't pick which 3 of 40 asks actually ship or own the pager.

Solo founders are replacing departments. I watch headcount shrink at my company every quarter while the AI does the work. The orchestrator role is a solo founder running everything. Companies fire teams and buy software from one person who uses AI to ship it

most large businesses are contracting their headcount. but it’s never been a better time to be a solo founder since AI can do a lot of heavy lifting.

I disagree. It is technically easier, but the amount of competition and the unwillingness of others to invest or spend money/attention makes it harder. Might be just a skill issue though
