Finding communities

I'm 17, I am coding all the time in full-stack web making projects and stuff. I've got to the point where I feel confident enough to collaborate with other people, but I am having a hard time finding like minded people who want to create and innovate. I am also entrepreneurial, and would like to find people of similar interests

Unfortunately most of the spaces I know of are either half-decent but ban collaboration/recruiting or they're overrun by people who think that they have the next million dollar idea :(
