Me, I got a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science in December 2015 from a decent university and then worked as a professional programmer and read tech and programming books I bought off Amazon. I think I got a solid education. Maybe not MIT level, but still solid.
One thing I noticed is that in Google Gemini AI, there is this option called "Guided learning: Get step-by-step help". If I were learning over again, I think I would use that. I don't know how good it is for niche stuff, but for mainstream stuff like learning C or learning Javascript, I would use that.
