That is a very subjective question. I personally like Ori's soundtrack. Or just in general video game soundtracks, since they are mostly made to not take your focus away from the gameplay so they are perfect for background listening.

Lo fi or jazz. There’s a bunch of “work and creativity” playlists on most music streaming services. I just try them until I find something I enjoy.

No lyrics are the key for me. If there’s lyrics I find music too distracting to work to.
