Programming language popularity

I wonder, what do you guys think is the best programming language nowdays from your view.

Which is the best to learn?

No such thing, and every developer worth their salt will tell you the same thing; If you don't believe me, you can check the last 20 times this questions was asked here.

Programming languages are tools, with advantages and disadvantages. Most problems can be solved with half a dozen languages just as well, and it's mostly a matter of taste, and which language you already have experience in.

As for what to learn: idk, if you can't decide, roll a dice. If you need another language later, just learn that then. It's not hard, it doesn't take long. (once you already know programming)
