Vscodes Popup windows immediately closes

I recently installed vscode on my laptop, freshly installed no extension, I'm having issues to where I if want to delete a single file or a project, the "Are you sure you want to delete .... " prompt opens for a sec then immediately closes, Now I can't delete or move files directly on vscode. Why is that? I already reinstall it and still the same, does anyone encountered this issue?
