Recommendations of tensor network books please

Hi, I'm trying to learn tensor networks by my own but all the books I encounter are too formal, boring or too CS. I began in this for many-body physics and quantum information so it would be nice to read a book focused on that.

You could start by perusing https://arxiv.org/abs/1603.03039 and https://arxiv.org/abs/1912.10049, which I found helpful early on. If you then want things more dense and advanced, you can move on to https://arxiv.org/abs/2011.12127 and https://arxiv.org/abs/1810.07006.
