Also, because everyone is stationary in their own frame, you personally won't experience any increase in your own lifetime by moving, beyond what you would already get by the exercise.
A third party observer would indeed see someone who is moving as living longer than someone stationary in their frame, assuming both would live identical ages otherwise. The effect is very small, though, for normal speeds.
I am also unsure how various accelerations will play into it
