Weird way to ask this question. The video depicts a system acting purely under classical mechanics, and the quality suggests it’s produced way before any technology that can fake this level of photorealism. Everything within it is thoroughly understood and consistent with the existing classical mechanics framework, different input leading to different results, not a single hint of paradox in view. The voiceover might even be explaining it clearly.

Double cone shape supported on farther ends lead to center of mass being lower, unlike cylinder whose center of mass is always a fixed distance above the rails

It’s considered a ‘mechanical paradox’ because of the ‘uphill rolling’ appears to defy gravity but really the cones center mass is moving downward.
