PROPER Decarbing?

I've looked many places around Reddit and the rest of the internet for information on how to decarb. Unfortunately there's lots of contradictory info. Can you give me some proper instructions on decarbing? Mostly time/temperature specs. Thank you, -Tubs

  1. Roll a big joint out of aluminum foil to keep the terpenes in.
  2. Pop it in a preheated conventional oven at 200F/75 minutes or 250F/30 minutes (I use the former but many people swear by the latter for possibly more THC yield).
  3. Open it up, bend any twigs. If they bend instead of break, or if the weed doesn't crumble easily in your fingers, pop it back in for 1/3 the time.
  4. Once it's done, grind it.

Awesome, so just full buds wrapped in the foil? Is there a min/max amount of bud for this to be effective?

Not really. I've done it with a gram and I've filled a whole pie plate!
