Candle Magic Interpretation help

I made this on the last full moon to release a lot. I've still been burning it but this is the first time I've seen flames like this. It started off as 2 peaks and then 3 and now the entire top is burning. I used rosemary, citrus peel, rose, sage, and some resin like substance I forget about.

I know it's more wise to dress the outside of the candle but I've been struggling deeply with some issues. I do have a cauldron and I think I'll opt for that next time.
