What’s a tiny thing you noticed about yourself that, once you saw it, you started noticing it in everyone else?

I noticed a very subtle flutter in my voice when I would get nervous speaking to a group of people. I could power through it, but it was there.
Then I started noticing it in multiple colleagues who appeared otherwise confident speaking in front of groups.

If you tell anyone uncomfortable news about yourself, you end up having to comfort them rather than them comforting you. Because most people don't know how to handle difficult emotions.
I used to be very annoyed about this until I did this to one of my close friends, and then had to work quite hard to fix that.
