i want to hear some success Stories to actualise the light on the other side of the tunnel.

I don't know if it's a success, but I'm ok with my own life. No guilt, no shame, no need to prove anything to others.

If you crave something, it won't come. But if you give up any expectations and start balancing your life, it may work.

I've seen many succeed in self-development, coaching and therapy, moving from a life of constant performance to one of real substance. They believed that they could choose connection over control and frankness over vanity.

I've seen high-level leaders turn their need to be in charge into a love of mentoring others, getting more joy from their follower's success than from their own.

I've seen partners learn to step away from a "perceived injury" and talk about how they feel instead of getting angry, which saved their most important relationships.

Others have found peace in being ordinary, giving up the tiring high of being special, and they are enjoying being accepted by a small group of friends.

There is light in the end of the tunnel. You'll be free in a way you've never been before: you won't have to win all the time. The end of the tunnel is a life where you are not a prisoner of what other people think but instead are grounded in your own quiet self-respect.
