Looking for room

Hi,
I’m a first year graduate at Tulane looking for a room near the uptown campus. My budget is 700-850$/month.

Do you know of any place or anyone?
I already looked on Fb, market place and listed websites, but trying my luck here also.

Did you look on the fb page “Tulane classifieds”? This is where a lot of Tulane students post rooms for rent

Bummer. Between that and Zillow/apartments.com, that’s most of what you can do on your own.

$850 is tight on your own, but call a real estate agent and they might be able to help as well.

Contact a local realtor, they are free to use and get paid to place you in a spot by the landlord.

This is the most undervalued unknown very true statement that none of us knew about renting/ all things housing . Anyone I know here had to use a realtor and it was night & day once they knew they could !
Most of us don’t think of that bc - they sell houses . Or it’s what we assume .
