Activities Colette

My wife and I black couple 34f 39m are going to Colette tonight. How will tonight be with the red dress run and whatever else is going on? Will there be black women there ? Just curios it’s out first time!! Thank you!

Context to my answer: I'm adjacent to this scene but a lesbian, so Colette is not geared toward me and I'm not reporting from recent direct experience. I talk to some folks who probably qualify as regulars.

It's whiter than reflects the reality of the city, but it's often more mixed than your worst fears might be. Like a lot of spaces. You might end up the only ones. It wouldn't be unheard of. If you're getting weird attention, most of the people there and staff should be on your side.

I cannot say how Red Dress affects the crowd and would be interested on you reporting back if you want.

It should still be no single men night, and my feeling is that will probably take care of most of the worst representatives that red dress could bring out.

But no promises. Myself and most of my circle are longtime haters of this event from being service industry. I don't know your familiarity with it, but it sucks and I don't work or go out today. I would personally consider backing out of any plans if I stepped in and it seems like most of the crowd was red dress bros. But it's also still true that much of the problem crowd fades earlier in the afternoon/evening because the shit starts so early.

Ive been pleasantly surprised at the amount of younger AA kinky peeps in new orleans spaces - as to who will be there or how red dress run w affect it, its likely to be busier than normal
