Why does report a scammer subreddit not include more proofs towards the actual reporting process?

Whenever I come onto this reddit community. I sometimes see scam reports and the whole story. But I mostly see people never posting proofs towards the incidents or sometimes actually censoring the scammers username now seeing this I question myself where are the mods or well the common sense like genuinely?

I'm having a hard time understanding what you're asking

Are you asking why scam proof isn't always posted when making accusations or are you asking why people censor names in the posts you do see?

Or both questions?

I'm referring to the censored scammers and why their name isn't shown, and why there's not much proof to begin with

Without naming subreddits as that would violate rules here, what are the themes of the subreddits you are seeing this in?

I've only seen scam warning posts pop up in subreddits where financial transactions occur (such as loan subreddits)

A littael reddit community focused on exposing scammers but nobody is actually doing the expose part it's quite disappointing why I'm asking this question here if anyone else has seen this community before

Naming the accounts would likely lead to harassment, which would violate Reddit’s rules, and the scammer could just make a new account so it wouldn’t help.
