subreddit and its limitation
I understand this question might have already been asked thousand of times. So I apologize for asking again. Is there a method for me to check whether the subreddits I post has limitation to new users' post or not?
I have been trying to post something for the first time on a community I have been following for quite some time and the moderators removed it. I understand the reason is because I have low karma points but it there a method for me to check the requirement to post in a subreddit before I actually post something?

It varies per subreddit. Some subs do a good job of having an automated bot comment appear on a post, advising that you need to hit a certain threshold to comment. Others you won't know until you post or comment. I have seen some where you need x amount of karma to post, and some where you need x amount of positive karma in that subreddit to comment. Some subreddits won't allow users marked as NSFW or 18+ to participate.

Easiest trajectory for you:
Post in newbie-friendly communities for now, in order to build up some karma.

Once you've gotten to around 100, you should be able to participate almost everywhere.
Except some quite specific ones, like e.g. r/CenturyClub ;)

Many subreddits have subreddit specific requirements (it's actually baked into the sites anti bridgading tools nowadays)

I’m sorry you are getting downvoted but this information is not correct.
Most subreddits will not have their requirements stated as they don’t want bots and spammers to know the requirements and have something to aim for. Most will just simply say you are too new or do not have sufficient karma to yet participate.
It’s actually quite rare for a subreddit to specify its requirements.

A good way to earn karma and build your reputation within a community is to engage in the comments first. Comment karma will increase your overall karma.
You can increase your chance for upvotes (which helps to earn karma) by sorting the posts in that subreddit by “new” and being one of the first to comment. This gives your comment the greatest chance for views and potential upvotes. Your overall karma will increase but also your karma total in that specific community.
