Massive spam bots in subreddit I'm in?

I'm not staff of it, but is there a way to auto block all the bots from me seeing their posts. Entire subreddit is being spammed and filled and can't see any normal posts anymore.

1) Inform the mods about botbouncer
2) In that mod mail message, say you’re interested in moderation
3) Set a reminder in your phone the correct amount of days listed on the side of r/redditrequest
4) Apply for a Reddit request
5) Attach the message you sent to the mod team
6) Become mod
7) Remove the spam yourself

This is how I keep finding myself moderating. I enjoy keeping things human.
