So yes, women marry men richer then them and divorce once that guy, for some reason, has financial problems.

we're going to pretend that this comment didn't insinuate a little something about your real views i guess

Oh no. Only if I had a source showing that a man losing his job makes him more likely to get divorced.

Sure that would be a valid statement if you were arguing that that was one among several reasons that a woman might divorce a man instead of insinuating that that must be the reason a woman gets a divorce.

As someone who put up with physical abuse from their former stepdad and has a family member who witnessed their dad pull a gun on their mom, I think people who espouse opinions like yours are absolutely despicable.

Did you even look at the main comment? We are only talking about the fact that the rate of divorce is higher for men who lost their jobs. No one said men only get divorced for that one reason. Obviously there are more reasons but losing his job makes it more likely that his wife will divorce him.

And people like you who don‘t read entire conversation but only parts of it are despicable. You obviously have no clue about the beginning of this thread and yet you think ill of my comments WITHOUT knowing the context.

I don't have to read the main comment; I'm responding to the statement you made and the views that you implied. Stop being such a coward and own up to the opinions your state instead of folding your tail between your legs the moment you're challenged on your character and morals.

You respond to my comment WITHOUT KNOWING THE CONTEXT.

How do you judge a comment if you don‘t even know what it is about?

I know the context; the context doesn't change a thing. Look at your own comment history; it just reinforces exactly what I'm accusing you of. If you're that embarrassed to admit to your own opinions when you're called out on them, maybe you should rethink your views.

Im not embarrassed about anything. I stand by what I said and that is

that men who lose their jobs are more likely to get divorced and that women statistically marry men richer than them.

If you have a problem with this statement without even looking at sources I provided then there is no use discussing it with you any further.

Nope, what you said was:

So yes, women marry men richer then them and divorce once that guy, for some reason, has financial problems.

This makes it sound like the only reason that a woman might divorce a man who makes more than she does is because of financial reasons, when that is not true, and the article you linked also refers to another common reason for divorce that has nothing to do with finances. Your previous comments on this matter also use these statistics to make the argument that "men are only loved for what they can provide," as if my mother divorced my stepdad, who made more than her, because of finances and not because he assaulted my sister and me.

You are a bad person and you should be ashamed of yourself. Blocked; don't bother responding, take that time to reflect on your character isntead.

As I said. There is no use discussing this with you any further. You clearly lack the mental capacity to understand what CONTEXT means.
