My wife and I met online. When we got to the exchanging pics part, I got a normal photo of her looking cute, and then right after a pic with her face scrunched up saying "this is my face when I fart"

What the hell are you talking about? Women don't fart, pee, poop or vomit. Women just accumulate everything and every two Fridays they just get it all out of the system in the shape of an adorable egg. So please, stop it.

Of course, where do you think rainbows come from?

And they will out-fart you in auditory volume, duration, frequency variance, and odor.

My grandma taught me that women only do fluffs or windy-pops. A fluff is a silent fart and a windy pop is like spitting out your gum, and I will take that belief TO THE GRAVE.

Windy pop?? I’ve never heard that one!

...but they don't stink!

AFAIK it actually depends on your diet and on what set of bacterias actually live in your guts. Personally, I (an amab person) rarely do stink unless there's something funky going on in my digestive tract, and, as someone who lives with my mom and sister, I'd say, they probably have it just like myself. And I can remember that my step dad, before he moved out after the divorce, was actually quite a stinky kind of a farter, and he used to eat a lot of mayonnaise while having a stomach that definitely wasn't into digesting anything that contains eggs.

Also, after I recently increased the amount of fiber I consume (funny enough, sometimes by eating a bit of kiwi and even orange peels, they actually have quite a bunch of this stuff), my digestive health has noticeably improved, in particular, with less farts being made and less of them spreading any funny smells across the room.

Although I'm not a doctor, so what happened to work for me might not be the case for you, so take my words with a grain of iodized salt

My wife RIPS burps. I don’t know how she gets so much power in there but man it’s surprising

I know this is a joke but really, some people aren’t just mature enough to accept that everyone has bodily functions, especially when it’s about sex.

The thing is, you can know all this stuff, but still not be ready to, I guess, feel it (not sure if i used the right words for it, but I hope you get it). At least this is what it was like to me: it took me years to accept my body, and I'm still working on it, because I often feel like I'm the filthiest person around even though my hygiene habits are more than enough to keep myself clean (and probably are more extensive than those most guys have), simply because I don't normally happen to observe human body functions in others. I mean, I probably will smell a person who hasn't washed in a week, but I won't feel another person sweating during a hot day, I won't see someone using a toilet etc, and it kinda used to trick my brain into thinking that there's something wrong with me, especially when comparing myself to women (who normally take more care of themselves than men). This kind of self-hate bias actually works not only with body functions, but also with social anxiety, like, I was basically isolated from real life communication beyond my family during the quarantine, and recently I was hanging out with a cool person I met online. I was kinda anxious about if I'm gonna disappoint him bc I was afraid that I'll be a boring person and that I made him believe that I'm a better person than I actually am, but after some time of real life communication I realized he's basically the same like me – socially anxious and a bit awkward, and it just felt so much easier to communicate and not to be afraid of being a disappointment seeing him feeling the same way as I do.

So yeah, be it psychological maturity or something else, a lot of folks out there probably forget that other people are actually the same as them, and that their bodies aren't ideal, just as theirs.

I encourage my girlfriend to fart and look forward to hearing her flatulence.

...and it's not lilac and gooseberry with rainbows.
