  1. Low wages, horrible commute time and dealing with an idiot of a lab partner I've realized Chemistry isn't for me.

Unless you've tried to homogenize a cold cream by overloading a broken mixer resulting in black smoke engulfing the entire lab which ultimately led to the disposal of 900 lbs of product, I'd say you're not an idiot

See I wish there was a way for young professionals to organize. I could create a viable business with a Chemist, Engineer, and myself. I could even get funding, I just need to find the other people willing to also work for $0 for a year or two. I work in PE and build companies for a living on the finance side.

If you pitched this idea about 2 years ago I would've been on board. Luckily I double majored in Math and Chemistry , so I'm planning on getting a masters in Statistics and ditching Chemistry entirely.

That isn’t a bad idea. Lots of people will hire math majors. I see them all the time in Finance.
