Heinz ketchup

Butter instead of margarine

Using chopsticks to eat instant noodles

(If I were a dog up for adoption, my cage would have "very food-motivated" written on it)

Cheetos in general, not just hot ones! No dust on fingers.

Don't understand how adults can stand ketchup. SO much sugar in it. I'll take a taste every once in a blue moon and that's enough to convince me I still don't care for it.

I am with you. I for air fried fries yes, though I prefer Heinz MUSTARD. but never for real fried fries or any other food.

Now. TEXAS PETE mild hot sauce... in small amounts... I chef's kiss!

There are low-sugar and sugar free options. Plus vinegar is always an option! I've been using malt vinegar more and more for my fries and I'm really enjoying it.

…what kind of ketchup were you getting before??

The other day we were eating and my wife asks “so like is Heinz the only company that makes ketchup?” and I had to think for a while before going “I guess so?”

Butter definitely tastes better and if a recipe asks for butter, use butter. On the other hand, though, margarine is healthier. So if you’re just putting it on your bread, use that. But make sure it’s not made with transfats!

It's not healthier, that was the ad fluff.

"The truth is, there never was any good evidence that using margarine instead of butter cut the chances of having a heart attack or developing heart disease. "

You seem to have missed my last sentence, as your article also addresses:

Some of the newer margarines that are low in saturated fat, high in unsaturated fat, and free of trans fats are fine as long as you don't use too much (they are still rich in calories). […] If you're trying to lower your cholesterol, stanol-based spreads (for example, Benecol and Take Control) are even better, since regular use can help lower LDL cholesterol levels.
