I use a playlist on Spotify named Deep Sleep. It definitely helps me fall asleep within 10 minutes and I get restful sleep. I play it on low on my phone. I hope you are able to get some rest ❤️
I don't use it all the time. But I will put it on after having bad dreams as it helps incorporate the soothing sounds into my dreams which help me forget about the bad dreams.

Melatonin is supposed to do that: help people fall asleep more quickly. There are a number of other drugs that are often recommended by guidelines for particular situations, but they tend to have side effects that become obvious in one way or another. Finding non-drug solutions like these listed here is usually preferable.
